I get a call from a clearly handsome man from Mexico City, “I’m proposing in a few days to the most wonderful woman. I need your help.” Love stories are the sweetest and theirs is no exception. He did everything to make sure she knew how much he cared. Exhibits A, B, C and D below. [The ring was too big to fit on this screen].

He orchestrated not one, but two rainbows within reach at The Tides South Beach Hotel Penthouse Rooftop.

She was lured onto the rooftop by the most perfect rendition of their special song, “As Time Goes By,” performed by esteemed fellows from the New World Symphony.

Stunning red nosegay bouquets from Karla Conceptual Events lined a pathway to the petal filled area where he would propose.

That would have been more than enough for many, but no, one last surprise. He transformed part of the Penthouse into a candlelit private dining room and the food was oh. so. good. (it is part of my job to sample everything).

She said yes and I smiled.

Ghost Hunters recently flew to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico to investigate the iconic San Cristóbal Castle. It is an eerily beautiful fortress perched on a hill overlooking the Ocean with walls that speak of secrets I can not share. Boo! And Happy Halloween. Here is a rendering of a client’s wedding ceremony held inside the main plaza of the Fort. Drop dead gorgeous and I can’t wait to share the pictures with you.

Yes your guests will stare at how gorgeous you look in your wedding dress. Yes they will love the beautiful ambiance you have created with the florals and decor. But if you really want their jaws to drop, put a cake like this on display. Our Dulce Photo Shoot cake, created by Dominique’s Couture Cakes, is pure art. Dominique handcrafted each of the 24 karat dusted gold sugar flower clusters to emulate the Dulce Bouquet Necklace from Citrine by the Stones. I’m not sure I would want to cut this one.

Thank you all so much. And I could not have said it any better than Jeanette, who authors The Wedding Nest, “[Ozzy] made what was already beautiful sing.” You are incredible man.
